Gwontaesogi(倦怠少氣)

Processing

Atractylodes Rhizoma Alba (parched into brown) : 1. Parch sliced ovate atractylodes root strongly in a kiln until it turns yellow and flames up. 2. Dash some cold water on it and bring out and then dry in the shade. , parched Atractylodes root with soil : 1. Put the fine powder of oven earth(soil) in a pan and parch to be hot. 2. Add sliced atractylodes to it and parch slightly until earthlike color. 3. Sift out the soil and cool.Atractylodes Rhizoma Alba 100kg: Terra Flava Usta 25kg , parched Ovate Atractylodes root with wheat bran : 1. Scatter bran in a preheated pan and heat until it smokes. 2. Add the sliced ovate atractylodes to it and parch slightly until yellow. 3. Sift out the bran after cooled.sliced Atractylodes Rhizoma Alba 100kg : bran husk 10kg

Contraindication For a person suffering from internal heat due to deficiency of Eum and from a thirst due to consumption of body fluid, the medicine should not be used.
